The Circuit de Catalunya located 24 km away from Barcelona holds each year since its inauguration in 1991 the Spanish Grand Prix.

Both drivers and spectators agree on the fact that the Spanish Grand Prix is the most spectacular one worldwide. Its technical track makes it one of the fastest too. Most of the F1 Teams have elected the Barcelona circuit, their favorite circuit for test sessions.
